At Optimal Spine & Mobility, our goal is to provide effective care at an affordable price using movement (and education) as medicine.
Not all aches and pains are the same. At OSM, patient education and understanding is of the utmost importance. Each type of injury (chronic or acute) will be given an individualized protocol to help reach their optimal neuromusculoskeletal function and potential. We believe in consistent visits early in each specific protocol as it is vital in re-establishing the brain to muscle/joint connection. The goal is to provide efficient and effective care within 8-12 visits using movement and patient education to optimize an individual's overall wellbeing. We will never force you to undergo treatment and want you to leave each visit with a new perspective of how to feel your best.

Dr Kevin and Charlotte provide fabulous life changing service and treatment. Suffered a back injury which affected my leg and ankle.
