At Optimal Spine & Mobility, our goal is to provide effective care at an affordable price using movement (and education) as medicine.
Not all aches and pains are the same. At OSM, patient education and understanding is of the utmost importance. Each type of injury (chronic or acute) will be given an individualized protocol to help reach their optimal neuromusculoskeletal function and potential. We believe in consistent visits early in each specific protocol as it is vital in re-establishing the brain to muscle/joint connection. The goal is to provide efficient and effective care within 8-12 visits using movement and patient education to optimize an individual's overall wellbeing. We will never force you to undergo treatment and want you to leave each visit with a new perspective of how to feel your best.

I have severe sometimes debilitating gut issues and acupuncture has been the only thing proven helpful in assisting my issues. I was bummed when I had to relocate and find a new acupuncturist but Kevin has helped tremendously in continuing my progress. My insurance has never paid for the service but in comparison to other practices, it's a really good deal.
